Job Description

An Amazon company located in the Lakewood area is looking for a skilled Assistant Controller to join their team. This position offers a competitive salary of $70-$90K and requires in-office work from 9-5, or 9-3:30, plus 1.5 hours of work from home daily. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing high volumes of transactions. Responsibilities include setting up wire transfers, purchasing, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate processing of shipping documents and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions and procurement processes.
• Set up wire transfers and handle high volumes of transactions.
• Purchase and negotiate with suppliers.
• Ensure all shipping documents and payments are accurately processed.
• Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Experience with purchase orders
• experience with invoicing
• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in managing high volumes of transactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work fully in-office in Howell, New Jersey.
• prefer e-commerce/inventory experience

Location: Lakewood area

Salary: $70,000-$95,000
