LHH has partnered with a client to find a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist their team in Columbus, OH. As a commercial collector, you will be responsible for contacting clients to discuss overdue payments negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. This position is starting on a contract basis but has the opportunity to go permanent based on needs and performance. If you are looking to start right away so please apply today!

Main Duties:

• Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone, email, and mail.

• Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collections efforts.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while discussing payment arrangements with clients.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients to recover outstanding debts while maintaining customer relations.

• Provide clients with necessary documentation and information regarding their outstanding balances.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in Business to Business collections.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
