ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Ongoing review of the customer Accounts Receivable portfolio and follow up with customers regarding past due payments

• Prepare and send out invoices

• Reconcile customer accounts

• Monitor unapplied funds

• Follow up with customers to obtain sufficient remittance advice

• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Minimum 3 years' experience

• Detail-orientated and able to prioritize work effectively

• Ability to think critically and problem solve both independently and collaboratively under limited supervision

• Ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is fully onsite in Wooster, OH with a salary range of $41,600 - $50,000 depending on experience.
