We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused bilingual Bank Teller to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while managing various banking transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong cash management skills and a solid understanding of financial services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. Will be bilingual English - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with banking policies.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services.
• Handle cash management duties, including balancing cash drawers and preparing deposits.
• Support loan processing by gathering necessary documentation and assisting customers in completing applications.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately calculate figures related to transactions.
• Perform debits and credits as required, ensuring precision in all financial dealings.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Skills

• Teller experience from working in a bank or credit union
• Strong knowledge of retail math principles to facilitate efficient transaction processing.
• Experience in financial services is required, with an understanding of banking operations.
• Familiarity with loan processing procedures is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively assist clients and resolve inquiries.
• Ability to perform debits and credits accurately within a fast-paced environment.
• Sales acumen to promote bank offerings effectively to customers.
• Experience operating cash registers and utilizing 10 key typing for data entry tasks.
• Strong mathematical skills to ensure accuracy in all financial calculations.
• Bilingual Spanish

Pay Rate Range : $20.00 - $23.25/hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
