ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Communicate proactively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a tailored insurance experience.
Needs Assessment: Evaluate and understand the unique insurance requirements of each client.
Client Support: Assist clients with policy inquiries, adjustments, and claims procedures.
Policy Recommendations: Advise clients on suitable insurance plans that address their specific needs.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives by driving successful insurance sales strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry changes and new policy information to provide up-to-date support to clients.
RequirementsLanguage Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License required in the state of Illinois.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients.
Customer Service: Strong ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
Problem Solving: Ability to manage client queries and resolve issues with a positive and proactive approach.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in processing and handling sensitive information.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
