Are you passionate about helping children with autism spectrum disorder? Join our BCBA-owned and operated practice, where you'll work directly in-home with children under the mentorship of our founder, a PhD, BCBA-D. We prioritize personalized care over corporate systems, offering high-quality, ethical services.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with families and RBTs.
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
Train and support RBTs with constructive feedback.
Analyze data and adapt treatment strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree and BCBA certification.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
Patience, empathy, and a positive outlook.
Passion for creating valuable learning experiences.

Position Details:

Type : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : Starting at $70/hr, up to $145k annually.
Hours : Flexible, including 4-hour shifts, after-school, evenings, and weekends.
Location : Palatine area, with potential for other Chicagoland suburbs.
