A qualified candidate will be expected to: Oversee daily Body Shop activities Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget Consult with guests regarding body repair needs Work alongside customer’s insurance agencies to produce accurate estimates Order parts needed for repair per estimate sheets Recruit and train body shop technicians Create work schedule and maintain proper accounting of Body Shop Technician’s productivity Ensure a safe working environment Benefits This isn’t just a job – it’s a career.
