Al Capone (a subsidiary of the BS-Group) is represented in the US market through ICC (Inter-Continental Cigar Corp.) and part of the global BS Tobacco Group with a presence in European, Asian, and North American markets. Over the past 20 years, ICC has developed the Al Capone brand to become the best selling Hand Rolled, Premium Cigarillo in the USA OTP (Other Tobacco Products) category. The product currently enjoys a loyal consumer base and distribution across major regional markets in specialty and mass market retail channels. Purpose Statement: The Brand Marketing Manager is expected to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and tactical plans focused on gaining and retaining new customers and consumers for the brand. This role involves content development and management; as well as customer engagement activities from tobacco trainings to in-store activations, in a dynamic environment where innovation and experience are valued. Primary function details: Lead content development, including collaborating with internal and agency communication strategies and content for product launches, sales collateral, media publishing etc. Manage flow and publishing of content across all marketing channels. Generate new and innovative ideas to increase engagement and grow the target audience. Collaborate with current marketing agency to create brand-relevant content. Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Key Acct) to develop and refine communications' content. Lead Tobacco Seminar sessions in a professional manner to educate key prospective trade partners. Tailor seminar implementation according to attending audience. Depth and scope to be determined by available presentation time. Work with department leads to establish a coherent calendar through the year targeting key partners such as Wholesaler tobacco buyers and Convenience industry category managers. Collaborate with trade marketing to create innovative tools to make the seminars both productive and entertaining. Lead In-store activations program to educate store consumers on our products and generate trial. Develop and improve the in-store activation program. Train and manage promoters to execute in-store activations. Coordinate and collaborate key stakeholders the implementation of the in-store program. Develop and create tools needed to have a successful program. Track performance and KPIs to ensure successful results.
