About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Data and Analytics Officer to join their mission-driven team focused on global investor protection. This role, based in the Office of Data, Security, and Technology, is responsible for leading the strategic planning and provisioning of technology products and services. The successful candidate will co-develop strategies with business units, establish data foundations, innovate through advanced analytics, drive collaboration across divisions, and lead and develop staff. The Chief Data and Analytics Officer will also be integral in promoting a culture that values data and analytics as critical enterprise assets and will ensure that data and analytics policies are promoted across the organization. Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 15 years in technology and management roles, with at least 5 years specifically in data management and governance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent change management skills, a security and data governance mindset, and a track record of successful leadership in a complex and dynamic environment. Strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and the ability to represent the organization effectively are also essential. The role demands a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple assignments autonomously, and superior communication skills are a must. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in an executive/strategy role and recent experience with digital transformation and leading innovation.
