About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer to lead and manage all aspects of fund development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive, donor-centric fund development strategy to grow and sustain various funding streams, including institutional, individual, and major donors, and digital campaigns. This role requires a strategic leader who can institutionalize fund development efforts, build a diverse funding base, and ensure the organization's continued impact.
