The highly anticipated Collision Center (with two brand new paint booths) is now open, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic General Process Manager to spearhead our cutting-edge production body shop in beautiful Meadville, PA. Responsibilities:

• Directs the activities and throughput of the Collision Center.
• Provides estimates and scheduling to customers.
• Scheduling the work of all Collision Center employees.
• Monitors technicians' daily productivity.
• Completes and submits payroll.
• Maintains high quality service and performs spot checks on throughput.
• Hire, train, and implement processes to all new employees.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and develops a plan to meet them.

Requirements:

• Excellent Process Management skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
