**Job Description**
The **Concierge/Resident Customer Service Coordinator** is committed to resident satisfaction in the apartment community by working directly with the residents to ensure that all their needs are met. This position will assist in the daily operations to ensure that all events, service requests, and overall residents are handled quickly and professionally.
**Qualifications**
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Communication with the ownership group/asset manager designee is to be coordinated through the Area Director, Assistant Vice President, or Vice President, pursuant to the terms of the management agreement.
* Welcomes all new residents to the community
* Coordinates resident move ins and move outs
* Serves as a first point of contact on resident concerns and needs
* Works to establish new vendor accounts for the apartment community
* Communicates to the residents regularly via resident newsletters and social media
* Sources new services that benefits the residents and their needs through Village Greens Preferred App
* Maintains confidentiality of co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contacts
