Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and experienced Customer Service Manager to support a textile company in Davie, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a customer service role and managing others in the same role. Also, this person must have experience in textile manufacturing.
ResponsibilitiesManage 2 Customer Service Representatives
Contribute to the efficacy and productiveness of the customer service center
Support order production
Manage and develop relationships with vendors and customers
Experience/Skills
At least 5 years of experience in a customer service environment
Experience managing others
At least 2 years of experience working in the textile industry
Spanish-speaking high preferred

Full time, onsite, M-F 8a-5p
Contract to Hire
Compensation: $23-25/hr
