Job Position: Dental Receptionist

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hr based on experience
Shift: Part-Time, Temporary to Direct
Entech Staffing is seeking a kind and professional Dental Receptionist to join a dental office in Flint, MI. This is a part-time, temporary to direct position for the right fit. Applicants with a clinical dental background are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:This position will consist of a 4-5 day work week- 2 morning and 2 afternoon shifts, and alternate Fridays, (working 7 am – 3 pm).
Morning shift example: 6:30 am – 2 pm
Afternoon shift example: 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Provide excellent patient service and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer incoming calls from existing and new patients.
Complete various other office tasks as needed.
1+ years of proven experience in a dental office (strongly preferred, but not required)
A 5-star service approach to patient care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Eaglesoft is a big plus!
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to starting.
