We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Collision Estimator to join our team. No prior experience in collision estimating is required! If you have a passion for cars, a willingness to learn, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing vehicle damage and determining repair costs.
• Learn to prepare accurate estimates and work with repair technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and costs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• A passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills; experience with estimating software is a plus but not required.
