Capstone Health, a rapidly expanding healthcare staffing company, is actively seeking a Entry Level Recruiter(Talent Acquisition Partner) to play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent. In this position, strategic planning and outreach techniques are utilized to attract candidates, conduct assessments, ensure a favorable candidate experience, and bolster employer branding. Prior recruitment experience is not necessary, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Note: This role necessitates on-site presence; remote work is not an option.

Work hours: 11-7 PM

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
2. Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, to engage candidates.
3. Candidate Screening: Assess qualifications and cultural fit.
4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless recruitment process for candidates.
5. Employer Branding: Represent the organization positively to candidates and stakeholders.
6. Data Analysis: Track metrics to enhance recruitment strategies.
7. Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
8. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies.

Requirements:

2. No prior recruitment experience required.
