On-Site Part-Time / Hybrid position.
Minimum 2 years exp, experience with Trial Calendaring, State and Federal court rules and procedures, filing requirements, and e-filings.
We are seeking a Paralegal Or Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Position is Part-Time. About 20 hours per week, spread over 3 to 5 days. This position is not remote, but is open to hybrid.
Requirements for On-Site Part-Time / Hybrid position.:
Position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in Business-Civil Litigation with Family Law as a plus.
Successful On-Site Part-Time / Hybrid position.candidate will have:
Experience inTrial Calendaring, State and Federal court rules and procedures, filing requirements, and e-filings;
Expertise in formatting requirements and guidelines for filings, pleadings, and requirements for applicable courts;
Ability to multi-task and switch priorities and meet deadlines;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, attorneys and staff.

40 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year.
