The Material Handling Division of Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas, Inc. has an immediate need for a Product Sales Trainer Electric Units.
The position is full-time, salaried-exempt working out of the Norcross, Georgia Headquarters. The FL Product Sales Trainer will report to the FL Director of Aftermarket.
The Forklift Product Sales Trainers works closely with the Hyundai Sales Team and Dealer Sales Principals to instruct, train, and provide dealer support, communication, and implement training solutions for Forklift/ Product Sales Training. Effectively manage the Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas (HCEA) internal, dealer & vendor relationship with product support ensuring, dealer sales capability, customer satisfaction (retention) and increased sales. Works closely with the product support manager to align & meet organizational objectives. Maintain an emphasis on serving the needs of the customer, best in class experience & promote a positive serve the client environment within the product support team. Interact with dealers to support the sales effort and overall satisfaction with the product/equipment. **Requirements / Skills**
Primary Duties:
The qualified candidate must possess:
*Excellent working knowledge of class I, II, III, Electric Industrial trucks and proper application of these units.
Excellent presentation skills in the aforementioned areas.
*Extensive experience in an industrial truck field.
*Familiarity with "PowerPoint" and related presentation systems and the ability to modify existing presentations and create new presentations and training material.
*Ability to research competitor's information and build comparison presentations.
*Strong public speaking and communication skills and be able to effectively conduct training classes and present training materials.
*An inordinate amount of patience and can interact and communicate effectively with different nationalities, ages, and experience levels.
*Must be able to function well in a team environment to achieve training department goals
*Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task, meet deadlines and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
*Must be able to travel periodically (domestic and international) 25-30% travel required and to legally obtain a passport when necessary.
