Local Class A CDL Drivers Needed

must live within 45 miles of Mechanicsburg PA

This is a labor-intensive position

must have 3 months of verified exp to be considered

clean MVR and background

Looking for drivers to start immediately

Paid online orientation

5 AM start Time

Home daily, off weekends but Sat work is available and is sometimes mandatory.

**

• Drivers will make home deliveries of appliances, fitness equipment, desks and other items to customer's homes, businesses, and building sites.
• All drivers on this account will be responsible for unloading the products, moving them into the location, and then installing or assembling them.
• 30-35 average # of stops/wk. delivering an average of 250-500 units/wk.
• Cannot take truck home for time off.
• Unloading during home delivery 100% of stops or at store locations 100% of stops.
• Will use a ramp and dolly to offload appliances unless there is a dock provided.
• Drivers will be based at cross-dock facilities in MECHANICSBURG
• All appliances will be staged on cross-dock for drivers to load products on to the trailer from the cross-dock facilities.
• Loads are multi-stop and include un-boxing and installation or assembly of products to homes, apartments, and businesses.

Additional Job Information

• All Training will be provided to drivers on this account on installing appliances including electric ovens and clothes dryers, gas dryers and ovens, range hoods, drop-in ovens, dishwashers, and garbage disposals.
• They will deliver new appliances and sometimes return with old or damaged appliances.
• Some knowledge of installing appliances in their past is a plus.
• Having prior local delivery experience in metro areas would be a plus.
