* Light plumbing (i.e. toilet/ sink/ shower)
* Rebuild or replace mechanical equipment in guestrooms, fitness room, etc.
* Pool Care and Monitoring
* Exterior Clean Up
+ Check/ Replace Light Bulbs
+ Check Emergency and Exit Lights
* Conduct various mechanical inspections
* Change Filters
* Maintain clean and organized area in Mechanical Rooms and Maintenance Shop
* Execute on all preventative maintenance and daily tasks

The hotel maintenance worker is responsible for maintaining the functionality of spaces throughout the hotel. This includes rooms, public spaces, and outdoor areas.
