Northern Psychiatric Associates is a premier outpatient private practice in Baxter, MN. We seek a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) to join our tight-knit multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.
The mental health professionals at Northern Psychiatric Associates offer individualized services for adults, adolescents, children, and families. We provide care coordination with a multidisciplinary, integrated approach with expertise in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology. Services are offered in a comfortable, private outpatient facility, several areas of nursing, memory care, and group homes, as well as via telehealth. In addition to traditional therapy and medication management, we also offer TMS services.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Must be fully licensed in the state of MN
LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC required
