A client in the finance industry is looking for a Business Analyst. As part of the Central Purchasing and Signing team you will work within the SBMs Office to deliver on the objectives and outcomes aligned with the STS Approval and Signing strategy. These objectives include ensuring long term sustainability of STS pipeline and purchasing model via a centralized STS purchasing and signing body with clearly defined OKRs, enabling alignment of CPSP governance processes with top down pipeline guiding principles, ensure flexibility with leveraging 3rd party vendors while safeguarding STS and enterprise from undue risk, defining governance processes and identify supporting tools to effectively support distributed Agile teams and Optimize cross enterprise stakeholder engagement to reduce overall firm risk What youll do: Coordinate with CPSP group on directions for their Pipeline and Purchase priorities Partner with Technology, CVM, Legal, and Finance to fulfill Pipeline objectives Partner with Technology, CVM, and Finance to take finalized contracts to signature and purchase Pay Range: 30-36 hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceBS in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (1 - 2+ years) Good analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions Experienced in understanding the procurement process for software, hardware, and professional services. Experience using Ariba Cloud or purchasing software Experienced with managing, maintaining, and measuring data models for an organization while safeguarding the enterprise from undue risk. Experienced with managing software, hardware, and professional services purchases based on demand in adherence to top-down guiding principles Proven track record with the ability to define and track quality of work output Can work with and/or within remote teams setting effectively Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceFinancial services experience Prior knowledge in pipeline management Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
