Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Email Marketing Manager to assist with various email marketing campaigns and administrative work. This role will focus on executing and managing email marketing efforts using tools like Mailchimp and Salesforce. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with both email campaign execution and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring emails via Mailchimp and Salesforce.
• Assist in the development of email templates and content as needed.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain and organize email lists, ensuring data integrity and compliance with best practices.
• Support administrative tasks related to email marketing, such as setting up automated campaigns, managing contact lists, and updating reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Mailchimp and Salesforce is required.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices (segmentation, A/B testing, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $ 25.00-26.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
