We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician who will take on the Project Manager role. Dealing with Access Control and Security Systems with an exceptional level of expertise in low voltage systems, particularly with a focus on Verkada products. Possessing the ability to troubleshoot will play a vital role in effectively resolving any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, possessing the ability to independently manage and execute projects without supervision. $37,400 - $52,000 yearly

• Review the work of your team of technicians
• Visit work sites to oversee the progress of projects and quality of work
• Implement workplace policies and standards
• Arrange technician training programs, mentorship, and guidance
• Communicate with senior management, customers, and technicians

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of access control and security systems, with a primary focus on Verkada products
• Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to effectively plan and execute projects
• Conducting on-site assessments to evaluate project requirements and scope out necessary products and services
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with access control and security systems
• Providing training and support to clients on system operation and maintenance

• We require applicant have 1-3 years of technician experience in related field
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• One year of previous experience as a technician supervisor manager required
• High school diploma or GED required; Strong preference for applicants with associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Candidate must possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Extensive experience in low voltage systems, specifically in access control and security systems
• Proficiency in working with Verkada products and platforms
• Knowledge of other brands and systems within the access control and security industry
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
