Job Title: PC Deployment Technician
Schedule: M-F; 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm; In office position

Job Description:
We are seeking a PC Deployment Technician to join our team as we work through our PC deployment project. This person will provide 1st level technical support for the determination, resolution, or escalation of technical problems related to Windows environments and applications, desktop hardware/software, server hardware/software, and production equipment-related issues. Additionally, this individual will provide application support for popular PC applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft OS, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Internet Browsers, iOS / Android / Blackberry Support, etc.). Here, you will join a project team to assist with a project to deploy 700+ replacement machines across North America. The day-to-day will be assisting with imaging, data migration, and shipping/asset management processes, while tracking all the required data needed to close the project afterward in Excel. These computers are being replaced across warehouses, plants, and corporate offices, but there will not be travel involved or any requirement to set up workstations. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of hardware support/asset management experience who could have the opportunity to step into other areas once the project is completed.
