Facility: East Patient Building Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 1305 W 18th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $33.00 - $52.00 Pay Info: Sign-on bonus available PLUS enhanced hourly wage incentives!!! Department Details Competitive Base Pay PLUS enhanced hourly wage incentives! This position is full time 40 hours a week working 8AM-4:30PM. Includes same day surgery rotation every 2.5-3 weeks where you will be on-call until 7:30PM. Also includes ortho rotation on Monday and Tuesdays every 3-4 months working 10AM-6:30PM. Open every day of the year so you will work every 4th weekend and 2 holidays per year. Opportunity to work in a fast pace Acute inpatient environment. Rotations allow working with a wide range of patient diagnosis/clinical areas, including cardiopulmonary, surgical, trauma, orthopedic, oncology, renal, neuro, general medical, ICU. Patient sessions may occur in one of our 3 therapy gyms or at bedside. Team atmosphere promoted amongst PMR staff as well as with nursing, physicians, RT, etc. New grads welcome. Job Summary We re seeking a strategic, communicative and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat individuals that have conditions that limit their ability to move and work to improve their quality of life by alleviating pain and improving their physical function. Our physical therapy treatment plans require flexibility, collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem solving to provide our patients/residents the best care that pushes them to the highest level of physical function. This may require you to lift and transfer your patient/resident as well as handle being on your feet every day.
