We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and project management support for the implementation of the Physician Compare Website and the EPCS Program. Your responsibilities will include preparing meeting agendas and minutes, coordinating virtual meetings, supporting project management activities, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of briefing materials and contribute to overall project execution, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports. Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and webinars.
Project Management Support: Assist with various project management activities, including tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and updating project management tools.
Communication and Reporting: Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders. Prepare briefing materials and status reports for internal and external teams.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all project activities, including meeting minutes, project plans, and correspondence.
Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and CMS components to ensure project goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree or higher.
Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within a healthcare or government setting.
Software Proficiency:
Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
Office Suite: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and presentations.
Communication Tools: Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams for coordinating and scheduling meetings.
Document Management: Familiarity with document management systems for maintaining project records and documentation.
