Job Title: Project Team Lead (Natural Gas Construction)

Are you a seasoned project leader with expertise in managing natural gas construction projects? We're looking for a Project Team Lead to oversee and drive multiple projects to completion, ensuring they stay on scope, budget, and schedule. You'll play a pivotal role in working across departments to deliver key objectives, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of small to large-scale natural gas construction projects.

Ensure project plans and processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Influence stakeholders and teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Monitor project performance, including budgets, scope, and risk.

Oversee project schedules, report status, and resolve barriers.

Mentor project management staff and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.

7+ years of career experience, with 5+ years in project management (utilities or infrastructure).

PMP or Business Process certification required.

Proficiency in MS Projects, Excel, PowerBI, and data analysis tools.

Experience in the natural gas industry preferred.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
