Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinating: Working with all parties involved in the transaction, including agents and lenders
  • Managing contracts: Reviewing contracts and ensuring they are handled properly throughout the process
  • Communicating: Facilitating communication between all parties involved
  • Ensuring deadlines: Keeping the process on schedule to meet the Close of Escrow date
  • Final walkthroughs: Coordinating final walkthroughs
