Perform detailed estimates for residential projects (shingle, tile & metal)
Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to understand the project thoroughly
Determine factors of production that will influence costs
Maintain current market pricing for materials in the estimating system
Generate job cost reports
Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors
Conduct hand-off meetings with assigned project managers
Present prepared estimates to management
Qualifications
Associate degree in Construction or a similar field preferred
Familiarity with The Edge estimating software is a plus
