Your Impact Partner with sales account teams to develop multi-channel, 1:1 account-based marketing (ABM) plans to improve our win rate and identify new opportunities at target accounts. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes sales account managers, solution consultants, product and industry marketing, marketing operations, field marketing and marketing research to execute on ABM strategies. Develop compelling, personalized marketing messaging that aligns with the customer journey and sales buying stages at target accounts. Design and execute on multi-channel ABM campaigns, with tactics including targeted paid media, email nurture campaigns, account-specific landing pages, and account-specific webinars. Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas within target accounts; develop a strategy to add key personas and contact information within target accounts. Analyze ABM campaign metrics to ensure programs perform against goals and are continually optimized. Track and manage ABM campaign project plans and budgets. What You'll Need A bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of high-tech B2B marketing experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience building and executing account-based marketing programs. Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns including email, Web, paid media, webinars and events. Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams.
