Job Details
We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our high-profile, rapidly expanding Real Estate Income team.
Oversee financial operations for various Real Estate Income funds/products
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, fiduciaries, counterparties, and regulators
Provide leadership to offshore teams
Key responsibilities:
1. Fund management:
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and agreements
- Review and set up complex transactions
- Manage liquidity through distributions and drawdowns
2. Stakeholder coordination:
- Liaise with auditors, custodians, brokers, and administrators
- Collaborate on financial reports, including complex calculations
3. Process improvement:
- Participate in firm-wide efficiency initiatives
- Engage with cross-functional teams
