Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Create and optimize Salesforce workflows, triggers, and validation rules to automate business processes and ensure data integrity.
• Perform Salesforce platform configuration, including object and field creation, page layouts, and security settings.
• Design and implement custom Lightning components and Lightning web components to enhance user experience and drive efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues in Salesforce applications, working closely with end-users to identify root causes and implement timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on platform development.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Proficiency in Lightning development, including Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong programming skills in .NET and experience with functional programming tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.

Nice To Have Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
