The right fit for our team will demonstrate a strong work ethic, exemplary problem-solving skills, outstanding people skills and a passion for helping users.

  • Assisting Sr. Engineers on larger projects

  • Eager to problem solve and help users, no matter how simple the solution
  • Ability to process auditory information while performing technical tasks
  • Ability to provide accurate time estimates for how long a task will take
  • Experience with basic network administration, including adding/removing users, configuring file permissions, checking event logs, configuring and restoring from backup
  • Understanding of and ability to install, configure and test workstation hardware including video cards, NICs, sound cards, hard drives, and mobile devices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.

  • Enjoys helping people to the extent that no problem is considered mundane, no matter how simple the solution

Recommended knowledge:

Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 required. The work calls for problem-solving in environments rich in Windows Server, Exchange, IIS, Terminal Services, VPN's, firewalls (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti UniFi), backup systems, and cloud services. You should be able to demonstrate your experience supporting Windows-based network environments.
