*Job Summary*
Brightside Auto Salon is a high-end automotive customization shop in South Austin Texas. We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our company's online presence and engagement strategies and grow our online presence.
Here's the deal- We're lucky enough to work on some really cool projects (see brightside_auto_salon) on instagram) but our biggest flaw is sharing them with the world.
We're really excited about our growth this year and we're looking to expand upon that in 2 ways:
1) Expand our social media presence
2)Increase the number of cool projects that we get in to our shop
***We are open to discussing payment structure and will consider a combination of hourly pay and commision ***
***Special consideration will be given to candidates with proven sales experience***
We are seeking a part-time applicant who is able to capture footage/videos at our shop and post high quality content on regular intervals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing posts
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
-regulary produce high quality image and video content for publication
Requirements
- Proficiency in photo editing software
-Proficiency in video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media management across various platforms
-proven ability to grow social media platforms
- Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines
- Familiarity with web technologies and digital marketing techniques
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with followers and influencers
- Knowledge of advertising strategies to promote brand awareness
