Job Description
Come and join our School Office and work collaboratively to support all aspects of educating our students at The Camphill School, such as: overseeing the development of IEP's and Reevaluation Reports, coordinating student transportation, and maintaining student educational records. This position reports to the Director of Programs.

Our ideal candidate would have experience working in an educational environment, with capacities for coordinating and collaborating with teachers, therapists, parents, school district personnel and others involved in the education of our students. The ability to coordinate, manage and execute the preparation of documentation as related to the IEP and RR process is essential. This position requires excellent interpersonal and time-management skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and development of IEP's and Reevaluation Reports
Oversee transportation in conjunction with school districts and parents
Create and track daily student attendance
Create and maintain student academic folders
Track annual student enrollment forms
Qualifications:
Experience working in educational environment
Knowledge of IEP and Reevaluation Process and documents
Organizational skills
Multi-tasking skills
Communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office required; knowledge of IEPWriter software a plus
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work as a team member
BA required. PA Special Education Certification preferred.
PA State Police, Child Abuse History Clearances, FBI Fingerprinting and TB clearance will be required.
