Viable candidates must currently or very recently have worked at a regional or national public accounting firm. This position offers a Partnership track. For those who have already reached that milestone, a competitive package is available based on individual requirements. No sponsorship of any kind is available. This is an onsite position to start.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Director for an opportunity paying up to $210K, based on experience based in Hamilton, NJ. This position seeks a seasoned tax professional who desires to become a leader in a growing tax practice, with a potential for partnership. Candidates should have a strong background in tax advisory services, tax planning, and the ability to service a diverse client base effectively.

Requirements of the Tax Director :
•JD degree; and an LLM is preferred - NOT required
•CPA is required
•Extensive technical tax advisory experience across various areas
•Proficient in tax planning and consulting
•Advanced computer skills, especially in financial modeling
•Well versed in managing complex tax environments with clients at a national and/or regional firm.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with professionalism

Responsibilities of the Tax Director :
•Serve as a technical and consultative tax resource for all firm professionals
•Stay updated on tax laws and disseminate information throughout the firm
•Advise on corporate tax structures for diverse client needs
•Manage a significant portfolio of clients
•Collaborate with other professionals on technical tax matters
•Participate as a subject matter expert and support client service teams
•Develop strategic plans anticipating new tax service needs
•Write articles and newsletters to inform clients and prospects of tax law changes
