Job Purpose

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing the company’s treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, risk management, and investment activities. This role requires a thorough understanding of financial markets, treasury systems, and banking relationships to optimize the company’s financial position and support its strategic goals.

Duties Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Optimize cash flow by managing receivables, payables, and short-term borrowing and investing.
• Prepare and manage weekly 16 weeks cash forecasts
• Rationalized Company bank accounts
• Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Negotiate banking fees and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury operations.
• Debt Management (including monthly interest calculations and/or review and reconcile with lenders statement).
• Establishing communication systems and process with lender on moving funds in and out of revolver
• Management of Company Credit Card Process and ACH Process
• Bond LC Management
• Implement policies and drive improvement in working capital management by identifying bottlenecks in the order to cash process and establish KPIs for cash and other Working Capital components.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role in commercial banking or Private Equity backed company
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organization.

Salary

• $120,000-130,000
