Wash Rack Attendant
South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking a Wash Rack Attendant.
Responsibilities include:
Perform visual inspection on items IN/OUT, report damages to Coordinators, Tag/un-tag equipment when returned/delivered up tag procedure, perform rental return inspections, perform weekly scanning of inventory, wash and fuel all equipment, detail sales equipment for delivery, perform weekly and monthly wash rack maintenance, and wash rack areas clean of debris and clutter, maintain a clean work station, keep loading area clean and clear.
Will be exposed to adverse outside weather conditions.
This position requires some physical activity, which may include moderate to heavy lifting, step climbing, and equipment operation. Safety glasses and back support must always be worn. (Proper PPE)
The individual chosen must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, for contact with management and co-workers. Will also perform other responsibilities as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor or other management as directed. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company safety manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. Experience with heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Must be a high school graduate and have a valid and clean FL driver's license.
