This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR.

As a Workday Payroll Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

* Manage on and?off-shore?functional teams.

* Lead?the Payroll AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality

* Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements

* Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution

* Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment

* Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff

* Serve as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated

* Advise clients on industry standards?and leading practices.

* Demonstrate design options?using?prototyping.

* Understand and apply Workday and Accenture?methodologies.

* Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status

* Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements

* Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation

* Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives

* Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.

* Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects

* Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualification

Here's what you need:

* Workday Partner Certification

* Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role

* Minimum of 2 years of Workday Payroll experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year of work experience.

Bonus points if you have:

* 4 years of Time Tracking and Absence experience

* Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes

* Experience in Education & Government implementations

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
