Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, health office, or administrative roles
* Availability: Rotative shifts Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (8 hours rotative
shift)
* High school diploma
* Fully bilingual

Functions:
* Provide comprehensive support to our members.
* Attending Inbound calls and live chats.
* Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
