What you'll do Docusign is excited to offer a Business Analyst Internship to a driven and innovative junior college student. The intern will be able to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real-world projects that drive our business forward. This position will introduce the intern to various aspects of the business processes and technologies including SQL, AWS, Salesforce and BI reporting and provide a platform for applying and expanding their knowledge. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Business Applications. Responsibility Create clear and concise documentation, including workflows, use cases, and user stories Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements Assist in project planning, tracking, and coordination Work closely with mentors and other team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines Conduct research and benchmarking to support decision-making Support the product management team in developing business plans and strategies Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) What you bring Basic Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship Preferred Enthusiasm for learning and working with different technologies, including AWS, SQL and Salesforce Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Self-motivated with a good work ethic and a desire to learn and grow Ability to receive and give feedback Knowledge of business process modeling and workflows Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to tackle complex challenges Superb communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with business analysis tools or software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Lucid Chart) Experience or coursework in data analysis, statistics, or related fields Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
