About the Role

The Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer at the company will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's data-driven strategy, fostering innovation, and driving growth through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Candidates for the Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees preferred, and at least 10 years of functional business experience. A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within data and analytics is required, along with a proven track record in this area. Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, as well as a deep understanding of industry-specific data challenges, particularly in healthcare, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership characteristics, be self-directed, a visionary, and an effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. An analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ethical practices are also key attributes for this role.
