Title and Summary Content Marketing Manager, Social and Distribution
Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, a Gartner-recognized Leader in Personalization Engines multiple years running is actively seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in multimedia content creation. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, this pivotal role will drive the content distribution and execution of both paid and organic social media strategies in a myriad of formats (including video) for major campaigns year-round, in close collaboration with demand generation, product, events, customer success, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
•Multimedia Campaign Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and execution of multimedia social media campaigns, leveraging a variety of content formats including video to maximize engagement and reach.
•Strategic Event Promotion: Develop and implement impactful organic social media campaigns to promote our events consistently throughout the year, ensuring maximum visibility and participation. Transform approved recordings into captivating talks for dissemination across our website and social media channels.
•Employee Advocacy Empowerment: Spearhead the creation and management of Employee Advocacy and Distribution strategies, empowering team members to generate and share compelling content effectively.
•Content Optimization Mastery: Optimize existing content for SEO and other distribution channels, employing multimedia approaches to enhance visibility and resonance.
•Newsletter Coordination: Collaborate on the creation and distribution of the monthly Marketing Digest newsletter, incorporating multimedia elements to enhance engagement.
•Localized Content Initiatives: Drive the creation and management of local market content, accompanied by impactful organic social campaigns tailored to regional audiences.
About You:
•Seasoned Multimedia Expert: Demonstrated experience in multimedia content creation (video being a priority) and social media marketing, ideally in content marketing roles within B2B Marketing or SaaS environments.
•Strategic Visionary: Possesses a strategic mindset, guiding the organization to think critically and innovate in the realm of social media marketing and multimedia content creation.
•Meticulous Execution: Exhibits a commitment to excellence in all endeavors, balancing perfection with efficiency and agility.
•Compelling Communicator: Naturally adept at crafting engaging and accessible content across various multimedia formats, effectively conveying complex concepts.

Qualifications:
•3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or related fields within B2B Marketing or SaaS settings, with a focus on multimedia content creation.
•Proficiency in developing and executing multimedia social media campaigns across various platforms.
•Strong command of tone, mechanics, and grammar, with exceptional storytelling abilities.
•Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
•Familiarity with the marketing technology landscape and SaaS-based business practices.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Video Production, or a related field.
•Experience using WordPress.
•HTML / CSS knowledge is advantageous.
•Hands-on experience with A/B testing, optimization, and personalization is beneficial.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
