We are seeking a skilled Dry Cleaning Manager to oversee daily operations in a Dry Cleaners setting, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and staff management. PLEASE HAVE DRY CLEANING EXPERIENCE

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize POS system to manage transactions.

- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff.

- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

- Oversee Dry cleaners operations, including service quality, efficiency and care

- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.

- Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries and maintain good supplier relationships.

**Skills:**

- Prior experience in dry cleaning and or laundromat setting

- Strong background in customer service and managerial

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patrons satisfaction.

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial accountability.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.

- Knowledge of inventory control best practices to manage stock efficiently.
