Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for an FAA Processor to join a leading Company located in the Torrance, CA surrounding area.

Pay Rate: $28

Shift
2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11pm.

Responsibilities:

• Researching possible item selections and taking inventory of current products
• Developing an effective and accurate system for monitoring purchase orders
• Delivering a weekly purchase order report to supervisors
• Working within the management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
• Assisting the Supervisors/Managers with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis
• Effectively communicating with the management team to ensure all orders are accurate
• Process data accurately and efficiently
• Verify data accuracy and completeness
• Handle documents and correspondence
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with other team members as needed

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent
