UPP Global is a growing full-service parking management company with expertise in all verticals of parking. We are active in 8 states along the Eastern Seaboard with over 300 locations! Currently, we are looking for multiple Parking Attendants for various locations in the Sarasota and Siesta Key, FL areas. - Hiring for Full and Part-time Schedules! All shifts are either during the day or evening hours.- Earn $16 - $17/hr.- Offers are subject to vary by role and starting pay rate, and will be determined based on one's abilities, character, and skills in providing excellent guest experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring an attentive and helpful attitude. •
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, parkers, coworkers, and clients. •
• Ensure parking areas operate efficiently and safely •
• Assist guests with directions, information, or other parking – related concerns. •
• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the parking area, reporting any issues as needed. Responsibilities: •
• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner •
• Providing information about parking rates, rules, and facility features • Assisting customers with locating parking spaces •
• Ensuring vehicles are parked efficiently to maximize space •
• Operating payment systems (kiosks, Apps, QR codes) •
• Monitoring the cleanliness of the parking area and reporting maintenance needs •
• Removing trash, sweeping, or performing minor clean – up tasks •
• Reporting broken equipment, such as payment machines •
• Monitoring the area for suspicious actives or unsafe conditions •
• Assisting with traffic flow during busy periods to prevent congestion •
• Enforcing parking rules and issuing parking notices when necessary •
• Communicating with management regarding operational issues

Benefits:(Note: This is a posting for full and part-time roles. Any staff working under 30 hours/week would not meet eligibility for full listed benefits). • Must be comfortable sitting, standing, walking, running, driving and being active for most of the shift
• Must provide excellent customer service, always going above the call of duty.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination, as driving is required for a duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
• Must have a good work ethic and be a team player
• Must maintained and groomed, professional appearance
• Must possess a current drivers’ license with at least one year of experience
• Must undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) check
